Onboarding Toolkit for Groups

Launching Study Gateway in your organization is a simple two-step process: EXCITE and INVITE.

We've created a free toolkit for you to help get your group excited about all that Study Gateway can do for them. Then, we make it easy to invite people to join your group and start enjoying Bible study videos right away.

Step 1. Excite

Announce Study Gateway to your group and get them excited about all the ways they will be able to use it—with their group, for themselves, and with their whole family. You'll find in your toolkit these 3 types of resources:

Step 2. Invite

There are two ways to invite people to join your group:

Recommended method: Send the invites for me. All you need to do is enter the email addresses for your group/church members in your group admin panel, and they will receive the standard email invite [download preview here]. Once they receive the email, they simply click the link in the email to get started. Note: this option offers tracking of the pending invites.

Optional method: I will send the invites myself. This is the do-it-yourself method with your personal letter! You can send your own personalized email invitations (outside of the admin panel), using our helpful template.

Media to Share

Promotional Video (15 s)

Help your audience learn what Study Gateway is about and how they can use it. The video is provided in varying lengths and formats for use in different settings. You can:

Show it during your church services (recommended: 3 weeks in a row, longest to shortest)
Play it for your small group
Link to it in your invitation email
Post it on your website or social media

Social Media Promotions

When you’re launching Study Gateway, you’ll get more engagement from your followers if you get some excitement going in your social media feeds. An effective strategy with social media is to post a different graphic on each platform, so make use of the variations below, as well as the promo videos above. Suggested copy has been provided that you can tailor to make it your own.
